Study On The Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Teacher Specialization In Secondary Vocational Education

With the rapid development of tourism in Yunnan province,the tourism market demands more and more tourism professionals.The development of tourism industry needs a large number of tourism professionals to contribute to it,Tourism vocational education cultivates a large number of tourism professionals for the tourism industry every year.Secondary vocational education is an important part of vocational education,thus it can be seen the importance of professional development of vocational tourism service professional teachers.However,during the internship in two secondary vocational schools in Kunming,the author found that the teachers of secondary vocational tourism service majors even have problems in dialect teaching and crossspecialty teaching.Therefore,vocational tourism service professional teachers need to improve the professional level.The professional development of secondary vocational education teachers is different from that of general education teachers,it has its own professional characteristics,the professional characteristics of the tourism service teachers in secondary vocational schools should be considered.How to correctly understand the particularity and its own problems of the professional development of secondary vocational education teachers,and combine the professional characteristics of tourism service specialty with it,is the key to realize the professional development of secondary vocational education tourism service specialty teachers.Based on the analysis of the concept of teacher professionalization and the current situation of research on teacher professionalization at home and abroad,the academic circle mainly carries out the research on teacher specialization from the four dimensions of concept,standard,realization approach and promotion method.Comparing the domestic and foreign researches on teacher specialization,and on the basis of the research results of professional tourism service teachers in Kunming Tourism Vocational School,analysis of secondary vocational education tourism service professional teacher professional development problems,guided by the concept of lifelong education and the two-factor theory,aiming at the professional development of secondary vocational education tourism service professional teachers,proposes the pointed countermeasure measure from the teacher,the school,the education management department three levels,...
