| With the inceasing popularity of maths application, mathematical modelling has raised great concern. mathematical modelling has become one of the focuses in maths educational field. In 2003, the Ministry of Education printsmaned The Critier of Senior Maths Cirriculum, making clear the significance and requirements of the activity. In any educational reform, it's teachers that play a key role.Because of this, the first chapter of this passsage mainly deals with the necessity and possibility of mathematical modelling in order to get senior maths teachers have a better understanding about mathematical modelling as well as the full preparations for carrying out mathematical modelling; the second chapter is the summary of mathematical modelling . To discover, analyse and overcome the difficulties in the activities for successfully carrying out them, the third chapter is the research on the obstacle the teachers meet in mathematical modelling. The fourth chapter centers on the experimental research of mathematical modeling.
