Analyzing The Practice Of Applying The Corporate Learning Concept On The Politics Teaching In Middle School Education Program

This research paper was prepared for uncovering the application of coporate teaching on politics education, which was combined with the unique characteristic of politics teaching in middle school. This research paper was consisted of five parts as follows:First part of this research paper was established with topic on general theory of corporate learning. As a popular knowing, it was colony/group driven theory and motivation theory that build the basis of psychology. With the help of understanding the theories mentioned above, we try to outline the big picture of corporate learning on the base of building an evaluating system with triangle critical points, which are establishing group in small scale, promoting the duo dependence between each members and respecting every group members characteristics.Secondly we discovered the significance of applying the corporate learning in politics education. Combined with the unique course characteristics, the practice of corporate learning in politics education drastically changed the way of unilateralism education system, improved the combination of teaching contents with affairs, improved the students' participation, intensified the moral teaching, and enriched the teaching contents as well.We start our practical research on corporate learning in the third part. the research was held via three main view points.1. the preparing period of corporate learning.during this period, the project organizer should firstly identify the teaching target, secondly separated the students into different groups, finally defined each students in every group with different roles. And all the operation mentioned above are based on the detailed characteristics of corporate learning and are necessary for the practice detail in follow.2. the basic segments of corporate learningCan be generalized in four practical parts, which are "establishing the virtual environment for discussing a reality teaching target", "teaching", "group discussion" , "evaluation and feedback".3. the detail practice of corporate learning in politics education,This topic are mainly focuses on expatiating the most frequently used skills in corporate learning and how to use it during the pre-teaching, teaching and after-teaching three periods.
