This paper intends to analyze the factors of the formation and solutions of the Learned Helplessness during the study process of physics in junior middle school students psychologically and statistically. The psychological analysis explores the factors are from the theoretical height, while the statistical analysis treys to discuss the formation of the Learned Helplessness from the empirical aspect. Based on paper surreys, it discovers the formation of the Learned Helplessness and finds that the main factors of such formation are objective factors, which affect subjective factors including school factor, family factor and social factor. The school factor with the teacher as a key link is the main aspect in these objective factors in addition; it understands entirely the Learned Helplessness forms during the developing study process (such as the second semester of the junior grade two). Students started learning physics at junior grade two, at the beginning, there is little difference between boys and girls on the formation of Learned Helplessness. However, as the developing study process, there is obvious difference. Therefore, it's suggested to find the solutions mainly from the objective factors, while on the subjective aspect, to find proper solutions by analyzing the cause of examination anxiety and failure is probably.Conclusion: Teachers should attach importance to avoid the formation of the Learned Helplessness during the study process of physics in junior middle school students.
