Learned Helplessness refers to the organisms after some kind of learning, in emotion, cognition andbehavior of negative psychological state. Physics study in junior high school students sense of learnedhelplessness is refers to the individual in the process of physics learning through continuous setbacks andfailures, consider themselves powerless in learning, appear bad mood emotion, and give up the efforts ofmental state and behavior strategy. At present, scholars at home and abroad and the study of learnedhelplessness feeling is more than the empirical research, theoretical research for students in junior highschool physics learning of learned helplessness research is few, so that we in the field of not understanding,to put forward the solving strategy of targeted. Therefore, this study analyzes the physics study in juniorhigh school students sense of learned helplessness of the status quo of junior middle school studentsacademic self-efficacy are discussed, the ways of parents teaching with the physical sense of learnedhelplessness, the relationship between learning to eliminate learned helplessness of physics study in juniorhigh school students are proposed.On the basis of existing research results of this study compiled the physics study in junior high schoolstudents sense of learned helplessness questionnaire, the questionnaire is composed of27subjects,including emotion helplessness, motivation helplessness, cognitive helplessness and behavior helplessness,according to "completely is not in conformity with the","don’t conform to","uncertain","satisfied","completely accord with" five levels, respectively, from1to5points, the higher the score showed thatphysics study in junior high school students learned helplessness. The questionnaire of internal consistencycoefficient is0.934, the dimensions of the internal consistency coefficient of between0.729to0.895; And ahalf of the total questionnaire reliability is0.857, the dimension of1/2reliability between0.695to0.878.This study includes the physics study in junior high school students sense of learned helplessnessquestionnaire, LiangYusong revision of the academic self-efficacy questionnaire and ZouHong revised theway parents questionnaire, selection in the city of Xinxiang,Kaifeng,Luoyang and Lankao in Henanprovince420junior middle school students as subjects, using SPSS19.0statistical analysis software, keenon physics learning in junior high school students learned helplessness and academic self-efficacy, the relationship between parents upbringing was studied, the following conclusions:(1) the learning of physics in junior high school students learned helplessness significant gender, grade,physical performance and parents’ education level difference,(2) the junior middle school students academic self-efficacy exist significant differences in gender,physical performance and mother level of education, but there was no significant differences in grade andfather’s level of education;(3) the junior high school students parents upbringing exist significant differences in physicalperformance and ways of parents teaching, but no significant differences in gender and grade;(4) the learning of physics in junior high school students learned helplessness and academicself-efficacy, the ways of parents teaching exists significant correlation;(5) the students’ academic self-efficacy can predict physical learning sense of learned helplessness.
