Senior School Entrance Examination is the most important exam during the compulsory education, it's also the most important part of exam system in our country. Our province's exam which is under the new curriculum standards was started in 2005. In 2006, half of the cities and countries have used the teaching materials of new curriculum standards, the whole province won't use this kind of teaching materials until 2007. At present, the creating items and evaluation of chemistry exam are just at the original and exploratory stage, so this task's research will be helpful for our province's chemistry Senior School Entrance Examination in the future.In this article, the main ways of research are questionnaire, case analysis, and information analysis. During this research, many persons become the object of study. Investigation is conducted with 200 Grade One senior school students who are from No.1 Middle School of GanZhou, Yudu Middle School and No.1 Middle School of Yichun. 50 excellent teachers and 9 experts. At the same time, I made a more meticulous analysis by making researches into the exam questions of Jiangxi Senior School Entrance Examination and particularly making researches into the chemistry exam of experimental zone in 2005. At last, I have found the scientific methods, techniques and artistry of creating items by making researches into more than one hundred and twenty papers what are from the whole country's experimental and unexperimental zones in recent years.During this research, I made so much work, but the most important things are: (1) To analysis the target of examination; (2)To analysis the content's validity of examination of experimental zone; (3)To analysis the results of spot check in recent years; (4)To analysis the survey of the exam papers' quality as a whole, that paper was just used in the experimental zone.The main conclusions of my research are: (1)The target of chemistry Senior School Entrance Examination is the same with the chemistry curriculum; (2)The content's validity of the exam has high quality; (3)The tasks of Senior School Entrance Examination absolutely show out the spirit of new curriculum standards; (4)The tasks of Senior School Entrance Examination should be improved in the part of originality; (5)The difficulty should be adjusted. By making researches into Senior School Entrance Examination of experimental zone, I draw some suggestions, they are: Making the chemistry tasks more scientific; Making the tasks become the excellent guider; Making the tasks improve the students capacity; Making more scientific on the normal chemistry tests.
