The Ministry of Education promulgated a new round of basic education curriculum reform began in 2001.With the promulgation of the "Mathematics Curriculum Standards for Full-time Compulsory Education(Experimental Draft)" in 2001,reforms based on curriculum standards began throughout the country.Xinjiang's new curriculum reform is also moving forward in its exploration.Based on the curriculum standards,Xinjiang has formulated its own corresponding the higher middle school entrance examination.However,whether the examination really reflects the idea of the new curriculum standard,and is the examination consistent with the curriculum standards?All these need to be studied.Experts and scholars are still at the initial stage of research on the consistency between the examinations and curriculum standards in Xinjiang,and there is almost no paper on the consistency of the mathematics examinations and curriculum standards in the senior middle school entrance examination.Xinjiang's senior middle school entrance examination system consists of two parts:the unified examination of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps(hereinafter referred to as the "Xinjiang Unified Examination")and the examination of Xinjiang Urumqi.In the same area,why are there two kinds of examination systems and what are the differences between the two different examination systems?This is also a question worthy of our study.This paper draws on the Surveys of Enacted Curriculum model and focuses on the "Mathematics Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2011 Edition)"(abbreviated as " Curriculum Standards"),and refers to "Educational Standards and Evaluation in Compulsory Education:Junior Mathematics"(abbreviated as "Scholastic Standards").)A "3×3" two-dimensional analysis framework of "content theme x cognition level" was constructed.Are the examinations of Xinjiang unified and the Xinjiang Urumqi for the 2012-2017 middle school mathematics examination consistent with the curriculum standards?Are the examinations between Xinjiang unified and the Xinjiang Urumqi consistent?All these will be discussed and analyzed with the intuitive charts.The conclusions as below:Except for the consistency coefficient values of the Urumqi,and curriculum standards in 2015 that are greater than the critical value,the remaining years and the curriculum standards are not statistically consistent.However,the consistency between Xinjiang Urumqi examinations and curriculum standards is better than that of Xinjiang unified examination papers and curriculum standards,and the consistency between Xinjiang examination and curriculum standards is more stable.Xinjiang Urumqi examination and Xinjiang Examination Papers in 2014-2015 had the largest difference in the overall,with the smallest difference in 2017.From the perspective of content and subject dimensions,the curriculum standards and examinations in Xinjiang both focus on the "property of the geometry" in "graphics and geometry",followed by the investigation of "variety of the geometry".However,the two examinations in Xinjiang pay more attention to the "level 1" of the "graphics and geometry",and the inspection rate is obviously higher than the requirements in the curriculum standards.The examination has obviously insufficient investigation on the content of "graphics and coordinates";The rate of investigations on the topics of the various contents is not very stable,and it has been floating for various years.Judging from the perspective of the cognitive level,the examination in Xinjiang is simpler,and Urumqi is more difficult than Xinjiang,but it is still less than the difficulty of the curriculum standards.In view of the above conclusions,this study proposes corresponding suggestions from five aspects:curriculum standards,designing examination,teaching,student evaluation,and research tools.Hope to provide a certain reference to the improvement of examinations in Xinjiang middle school,the improvement of examination quality,and the balanced development of Xinjiang senior high school entrance examination...
