The Compulsory Education Curriculum Standards(2011 Edition)(hereinafter referred to as the Curriculum Standards)are an important guiding role in all aspects of daily teaching.If the academic evaluation is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the course standards,then the classroom teaching will develop in the direction of the curriculum standard.If academic assessment deviates from the curriculum standards,it will defeat the original purpose of implementing quality education in the country.In this context,In this context,the consistency of curriculum standards and academic evaluation has become a topic worthy of attention.This study adopts literature analysis method,comparative method and interview method to study the consistency of the 2018-2020 L city secondary examination questions with curriculum standards in Liaoning Province.The significance of the study is as follows: first,to provide a reference for the proposers to conduct test question development.Secondly,it is a reference for front-line teachers.Third,to fill the gap of the study on the consistency of the Chinese examination questions and curriculum standards in L city.This study first analyzed the literature on congruence analysis tools to collect and select research tools for the congruence of secondary school mathematics test questions and curriculum standards.Second,the more widely used consistency research tools were compared,their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed,and the most suitable consistency analysis tool for this study,Weber's model,was finally determined.Again,the identified tools were used to analyze the research subjects.For the curriculum standards,a hierarchical compulsory education curriculum content system needs to be established and coded.For the secondary examination questions,first,identify the knowledge points tested in each test question.Second,identify the level of each knowledge point tested.Third,create the information collection form of the Chinese examination paper.Finally,according to the above steps for the analysis of the 2018-2020 secondary examination questions in Liao Ning Province,the following conclusions were obtained: first,the overall consistency is good.Second,individual areas still need improvement.Third,the examination paper for the curriculum standard knowledge points of the narrower scope of examination.
