Research On The Coordination Development Of Higher Education With Economy In Inner Mongolia

With the quick development of higher education in recent years, the coordination between higher education and local economic development has become an important problem for the whole society .On the base of study of higher education in Inner Mongolia province, and the present situation of China's higher education, and by the application of theories methods of economics, statistics, management and pedagogy, the author analyzed systematically several problems in the coordinated development of economy and higher education and made some policy suggestions from viewpoint of macroscopic coordination .By applying the theories of human resource, economic growth and the sustainable development, the research was based on the study of the general situation of China's higher education and the details of the higher education in Inner Mongolia Province .The author studied the interaction between higher education and economic development. First, the author came a mathematical model used for the macroeconomic effect of higher education in Inner Mongolia province. Second, with the perspective changed to the beneficiaries, individual and families, firms and governments, the author analyzed systematically the effect of local economic growth level on higher education, applying theories of investment–returns. After the systematic analysis of the coordinated development of economy and higher education, the author made some policy suggestions for coordinating Inner Mongolia's economy and higher education's development.
