The researcher is the most active factor during the course of qualitative research. Status consciousness, that is the researcher feels the consciousness of self-identity, is the researcher self-recognizes and self-restructures and the self-identity of the process of qualitative research. There are some different analysis dimensions of status. firstly,it deeds the researchers'choice of the macroscopic research methodology, analysis of microscopic self-attribute and the process of field study as the basic analysing domains.Then through applying the means of text analysis, deedly analysing oral materials, study diaries, study results of education qualitative researcher, this paper tries to inquire into the true self-exsistence about education qualitative researcher. The research concerns on the following major contents.There are accounts about the methodology of education qualitative research and the personal choice of researcher. The choosing problems of education qualitative research, we can point to the affection of researchers'community.Such as pointing to the relationship on the power which comes from the transform of the research paradigm between the human and social sciences research and the appealing of education and scientific research; directing to the relationship on the researchers'personal choice and study interest and personal knowledge; refering to researchers'teleology which means the exsistence of education qualitative research based on producing purposes of certain knowledge.There is the question of physical attributes on education qualitative research.The physical attribute is the researchers'most microcosmic self-property,which means personal characteristics related on personal health, erotic feeling, and character.The education qualitative researcher must be a integrated individual with a gender, health, desire, and personality involved in research process. In other words, The education qualitative researcher itself both depends and reflects on his physical attributes.It tells the establishment of the relationship between researchers and research. One is the working relationship,and the other is interpersonal relation. They are inseparable.The former belongs to the public relations established on the study job,the latter is a personal or emotional ties produced on personal feelings with study.To be sure, if the researcher involves into the field study who doesn't exchange his feelings with his reaseach objects or only depends on the simple work relation,he doesn't obtain valuable and real materials.The establishement and evolution of research relationships are the process of establishing and developing the researchers' self-identity.There is the statement about the choice of educational researchers'domain. The corresponding concepts of "stranger" or "sources" and "insiders"or "outsider" don't reveal to all contents in view of researchers' domain during the field study and react the real situation of the researchers. The role transform and personal contradictions implicates the fact about the difference of research domain. Therefore, it is said that the quality study stipulates the transformation of the researchers' status rather than the researchers'views of the world and events affect their self-exsisting choice. The selecting of research field reflects how the researchers participate in the field living, how the researchers select the narrative way of life experience, which descriptive way of individual to deeply consider their study conclusion.There is a problem of self-concept. Undoubtedly, the researchers is a contemporary subject of complete self-concept system. Self-concept is the ability system which an individual can use to know, understand, thinking and determine. The concept system covers the individual's existing knowledge structure and experience, orientation, etc.which is an intermediary of researchers' awareness activities.Through the act of intermediary, the research object has not objectively existed. Actually, the educational research process is the process of applying the concept system by the researchers. The "I" of the research put his knowledge structure and experience and value orientation into the study field. The investment of self-concept system is an inevitable result of self-insist and self-criticize and self-exile.This talks about researchers and information collection and text writing.The common means of collecting information concentrates on interviews, observation and the object collection. These are regarded as a beforehand processes:prepared interviews outline and observing scale,the collecting procedure of the structured materials, the present materials and action with instructions demanded by study object. If people admit there exists the act of "structure" "default" during the process of the study, the researchers' the process of collecting material equals to the process of executing the personal character and choose. In the end of the study, the researchers should adit and analysis the materials, and then draw forth the study conclusion and that write the text. The moment we also think this is the process of researchers'personal choice and identification. Even in a sense,the choosing and identifying process is the process of researchers' self-identification. So,The researchers must be faced with such a scene:so-called material collection or a writing of the study text is finished under the high level of participation and control of the researcher.The whole quality research is a "personal" research.Researchers' personal problems are far from the above factors, and are not perfectly explained by an analysis perspective. But the research strives to convey a message:at the time of the macro narrative dissoluting,the education qualitative research is pouring the new vitality into educational research.Such as it provides the private narrative, tiny narrative and living narrative with the space.Its energetic source comes from the researchers' active participation. If it is said that the quality of education is a romantic adventure for standardizing the culture, then the status consciousness of the researchers must be the most critical factor.
