Research On The New Teacher's Profession Self-consciousness From The Perspective Of Personal Life History

The prologue of the research is from the narration of Han Xue. The aim of the research is to analyze the influence factors of profession self-development, taste the happiness as a teacher and Han Xue's experiences from a new teacher to a skilled teacher, by exploring Han Xue's life course and recording her growth and profession development process.As to Han Xue's life course, the thesis uses qualitative research method to explore Han Xue's life, by the way of tell and life history tropism. The author collects the data by interviewing deeply mostly and the assistant way of looking back the literature, to comprehend the importance of profession self-consciousness in the process of profession development by the life course what Han Xue said and observation what the author made tracks for. The thesis puts the important people and crucial affairs together according to the time, as the central part of the narration; brings the reader to Han Xue's life as the fist person; shares her colorful life.Firstly, the thesis introduces detailedly the Han Xue's life experiences how she had grown up from a little girl to a killed teacher, during the time she was born to Sep 9th, 2005 when she went to study for doctor's degree in other school. The main content is Han Xue's description, the description of her family, teachers, leaders, friends and her students as the assistant material, form Hua Xue was born to she was regarded as be the research object. The next content is about author's observation, tracing and interview to Hua Xue.
