In recent years, in the research on teacher's professional development, more and more researchers start paying attention to the importance of professional knowledge in teacher's professional development. The professional knowledge of Chinese teacher is an important question for discussion in the research of teacher's professional knowledge structure,which plays an important role in the successful teaching of a teacher. A system research on the status quo and characteristics of teachers' professional knowledge of primary Chinese female teachers can enrich the existing teacher study theories and provide a basis for the teacher's professional development of primary Chinese female teachers.Based on literature search and interviews, this research makes an survey of 218 primary Chinese female teachers by the self-designed questionnaire and probes into the status quo and characteristics of teacher's professional knowledge structure of primary Chinese female teachers.The conclusion of the research goes as follows:1.For the knowledge of primary Chinese female teachers, the passing rate of subject knowledge is less than 80%. Their conditional knowledge and practical knowledge are unsatisfactory. Except for the teaching methods and strategies, the passing rate of other dimensionalities and total in conditional knowledge are less than 80%, in which knowledge of children development takes 59%. The passing rate of the practical knowledge is between 60% and 70%.2.The conditional knowledge of teachers increases with their professional titles. The conditional knowledge of the teachers with senior and junior primary titles are significantly higher than that of the teachers with senior primary, 1st grade primary, 2nd grade primary and 3th grade primary.3.The practical knowledge of teachers increases with their professional titles.
