In face of the increasing fierce competition, School culture construction has become one of the most important factors for colleges and universities to achieve sustainable development and to improve the overall educational standard and core competitiveness. For a newly merged vocational college based on several adult colleges which has a rather short history, there are naturally various questions in its school culture construction.In this paper, based on the definition of school culture, the author first expounds on the three basic dimensions school culture--- spiritual culture, system culture and material culture, and summarizes the general character and individuality of school culture between the newly established vocational colleges and other colleges. And then, the author adopts material analysis method, investigation method and systematic research method to analyze the present condition of school culture construction in the new vocational colleges from the aspects such as subject cognition, content, method and etc and puts forward the concrete countermeasures against the existing questions mainly from the implementation subject and implementation content. In the paper, the author especially emphasizes newly established vocational colleges' individualities of short history, vocational and characteristic. The paper studies the present condition of school culture construction in the new vocational colleges from the perspective of organizational behavior in education, thus itsconclusion has a certain theoretical value and practical significance of reference.
