This thesis via contrast experiment data between experimental group and control group after three months sprint training, make analysis and comparision, then expound the excellence of Declivity sprint training. It could improve the capability of accelerate . And enhance the max rate and the ability to keep the max rate, improve the structure of sprint. It can expedit the step frequency, increase the step extent. And run into fluency﹑natureness﹑relax﹑correspond. So the sprint achievement rise rapidly. The gradient of Declivity sprint's racetrack usually between three to five. This gradient can gain achievement's end beside not breach the act structure. This help the sprit athlete promptitude increase the absolute velocity, and it also could through the combination exercise to develop the capability of maintain the max speed. Those aggressive variety make the achievement growth obviously. This high intension accorded with the need of impetuosity competition in modern competitions.
