Actuality And Countermeasure On Construction Of Political Instructor Staff Of Physical Education Institutes And Universities In The New Period

By studying the fundamental situation, the author points out the current achievements and shortcomings in construction of political instructor staff and tries to find out the causes for the problems. This article shows systematically how to strengthen the construction, and, there is an exploration of how to push the construction. A lot of reasons are responsible for the problems: lack of awareness of the importance of the construction of political instructor of P.E. institutes and universities; imperfect management system; inaccurate position and duty set for political instructor; lack of systematic system of protecting the rights of instructors.As a result, it is necessary for physical education institutes and universities to take practical and effective measures to strengthen construction of political and ideological instructor staff: enhance the awareness of the importance of the construction of political instructor of P.E. institutes and universities; dedicated to the professional construction of political instructor; make clear the profession position, enlarge the scale of political instructor staff and put the relation in good order; establish and perfect a scientific selecting and employing system; strengthen the educating and training efforts to improve the quality of political instructor staff; further perfect mechanism of evaluating and encouraging political instructor.
