The implementation of the new curriculum in senior high school requires teachers to change backward education conception, and adjust their teaching behavior in order to realize a union of advanced education conception and teacher's teaching behavior. To do this, we must find out the current situation on teacher's teaching behavior in senior high school. The teaching of physics concepts is the key to the whole physics teaching. Therefore, an investigation into the present concepts teaching behavior in senior high school is necessary. This research not only has theoretical sense, but also practical sense.Theory of physics concept and teaching behavior is taken as theoretic foundation of the questionnaire, and others' research findings are used for reference. The teaching behavior questionnaire for senior high school physics teacher is composed of lying questionnaire and interest level questionnaire. The teaching behavior questionnaire is composed of 36 items and 4 aspects including knowledge creation, enlightenment, effective communication, and immediate evaluation. By analyzing the reliability of the questionnaire, the results are the internal reliability at 0.8593 levels and the re-test reliability at 0.8414 levels, which shows the questionnaire with good reliability.26 physics teachers are selected as research subjects, and the questionnaires which we have established, as a research tool, is used to study the level of teaching behavior. We draw some main conclusions as follows.(1) The average score of physics teachers is 3.7130 in teaching behavior (the score range from 1.00 to 5.00, the medium is 3.00). It shows that teaching behavior of all teachers selected be inclined to be the direction of progress.(2) The average score of physics teachers which is among 4 different ages (within 5 years, range from 6 years to 10 years, range from 11 years to 20 years, and over 20years) is beyond 3.00 in teaching behavior in 4 aspects including knowledge creation, enlightenment, effective communication, and immediate evaluation. It indicates that teaching behavior of all teachers which experienced different teaching time be inclined to be the direction of progress. Especially, among them, there exist significant differences between the former 3 parts teaching time and the fourth on effective communication; there exist significant differences between the second teaching time and the later 2 parts on enlightenment.(3) The average score of physics teachers which is among 4 different professional title is beyond 3.00 in teaching behavior in 4 aspects including knowledge creation, enlightenment, effective communication, and immediate evaluation. It shows that teaching behavior of all teachers selected which are engaged different professional titles is inclined to be the direction of progress.(4) On teacher gender, by comparing the score of 4 aspects and the total, we find that the average score of female teachers is higher than that of male teachers. To physics teachers' poor concept teaching behaviors in senior high school, we propose 4 teaching strategies. (1) Teacher should be well in guiding students' autonomous learning on knowledge creation. (2) Teacher should take some effective measures to organize students' cooperative learning and study how to display physical phenomenon scientifically on enlightenment. (3) Teacher should build the democratic and equal environment in class on effective communication. (4) Teacher should use teaching assessment to improve students' capacity.
