| Since the 1990s, the merger and extension of university launched on a large scale in the whole country, so that a batch of multi-campus universities were set up. To run these multi-campus universities can expand the space to develop, make up the shortage of the education resources, and increase the competitive advantage of university. But it also has brought the new problems to manage the universities. It's very significant to explore the multi-campus universities student's management and also very important for guide to the multi-campus universities management practice.Through extensively collecting the related papers and materials, this thesis draws lessons and absorbs relevant achievements and standpoints in this field of research; thoroughly considers difficulties and reasons that the student's management faces to; puts forward the countermeasures to the difficulties; integrates the analyses and thoughts to make sure the thesis can reach a high quality.The thesis divides into four parts:The first part is an introduction to state the reason to choose the theme, the research's current situations, problems and significance.The second part systematically expounds the forming course, reasons and classification of the multi-campus universities; emphatically compares with the special characteristics between the multi-campus universities; distinguishes with relevant concepts to develop and deeply research this thesis.Through researching and considering in many aspects, the third part brings up the difficulties of student's management in the multi-campus universities from six aspects: the ideological concepts, work patterns, campus culture, informal students groups, scattered schools in space, and the communication between teachers and students; and then makes penetrating analysis to the causes of the difficulties.The forth part surrounding the previous part's difficulties, focus on the measure of student's management in the multi-campus universities.
