The paper is mainly about analyzing and comparing instructional management modes of multi-campus universities in China and Abroad and gets a summary on their achievements which can provide options for universities in China. The study case is Jamusi University. Its instructional management mode is analyzed in-depth and compared with other university. In this process we found the advantage and disadvantage of its management mode and how to improve the latter. Meanwhile these theories also supply reference solutions for some universities of China which have no enough experience on multi-campus instructional management.Firstly, we analyze the backgrounds and features of the formation of multi-campus universities in China. On the basis of it, we from the connotation of instructional management, further analyze the particular contradiction in this instructional management models. Secondly, we state the typical models, referring to the practice of the instructional management in some multi-campus universities both in China and abroad. Furthermore, study carefully management mode of Jamusi University, by analyzing and comparing the different models at a different angle, we point out the advantages and disadvantages of these models how to improve it. Finally we put forward our thinking on the selection of this instructional management models.
