In the year of 2001, a new turn of reforms about the elementary education curriculum in our country starts. At present, our country have adopted the pattern of "one criterion many book" in mathematics teaching material(7 - 9 grades), which is an important transition in the history of mathematics education in our country at modern times.But as a result of to teaching material localization, guiding ideology difference, teaching material compilation style, characteristic also different. Different teaching material to curriculum " criterion " manifests the degree differently, therefore the influence about the reforms regarding the curriculum is also different.In March, 2005, some academicians and experts question about the curriculum reforms in mathematics that question in the very great degree about the mathematics teaching material in fact. Therefore, the author thinks that it is necessary to compile the outstanding teaching material which can manifest idea of "criterion".In the last few years, the author stay continuously in teaching position and do some experiment and research on two sets of teaching materials which selected at the experimental plot. Through researching and analyzing the characteristics of two sets of teaching materials, the author also has discovered some insufficiencies in them. In this paper, according to the insufficiencies in teaching material, we will propose several suggestions about the reorganization of it. Stress the elementary knowledge and basic rule in content choosing. Delete and modify the setup suitably in the question scenario. Arrange the inquired into moves and begins to operate the activity to be supposed fully to consider student's state-of-art, at the right moment arranges. Mathematics expression must be the standard standardization. Improve the quantity and the difficulty in the design of sample question and exercise. The content links up must be coherent. The teaching material content is presented in a way of richly colorful, but cannot therefore overformalizes.
