This paper adopts quantitative research and Qualitative Methods, regard employment as independent variable. Through studying the contrast of current situation between subordinated women and on-the-job women's life under the unfavorable employment condition in married women floating population, this paper reveals that how gender in unfavorable of their personal development function, behind high unemployment rate of lower stratum women.There are three conclusions. 1. The married women in floating population have already in remarkable inferior position on careers market. The reason is the influence of social unequal in floating population; 2. Married women's behavior of leaving home and office is a rational choice in floating population. (Take place in urban floating population of the family mode of" man mainly other woman mainly inside "). It fell back in the process of women obtaining the social status behind this kind of choice. 3. Low level employment for improving married women's life of floating population play no conspicuous effect under the influence of unfavorable gender system.This research revises the so-called prejudice that the reason of low employment rates of low strata women especially married women who flow from countryside is their "low quality ". This paper proceed from the perspective of changing unequal gender system, remind the society to pay close attention to survives situation of married women of floating population, put forward the corresponding countermeasure in order to change the unfavorable status of married women of floating population in employment market.
