Rural labor follow to the city and blame farming industry is an inevitable phenomenon in a country’s modernization.Since the reform and opening-up policy, our country city has already have a large group of the rural floating population. In which a large proportion is women. Under the traditional sexual division of labor and the urban and rural social structure, the rural women which follow into city, are faced away from the society, family, institution and gender factors. The double identity of "outsiders" and "female" make their living situation is not optimistic. So the rural foating women are more easy to fall into predicament of existence. Therefore, the rural foating women’s living condition should cause the extensive concern of our society.In this paper, we take a town of Shandong province’s women who work in city as an example, and we use literature and questionnaires to collect data. Application of frequency analysis and variance analysis are our statistical methods. Based on these, we study the rural women’s survival status in city and its influential factors.The survey results show that:the rural floating women’s survival in the city is poor. Their employment level is relatively low and the income is not high, They are all lack of occupation training. They had been excluded in the city’s social security system and insurance system and proper rights cannot obtain the safeguard. They live in poor conditions and have less entertainment.This article from the rural floating women’s own characteristic and the human capital perspective, to explore the influence factors of their city Survival condition. The results show:1. The age affects the foating women’s Survival condition.2. Educational level affect the rural foating women’s living conditions.3. Skills or expertise affect the Survival condition of the rural foating women.
