The Study Of The Function And The Position Of The Universities And Colleges In Shaanxi In Chinas National Innovation Systems

Universities and colleges are important compositions of national innovation systems.They are not only the important places to generate knowledge and technology,but also the main sources of talents required by scientific and technological producting the main cooperators of the scientific innovation of the enterprises and one of the most important organizations in the modern society,They play irreplace function for the economic development and the social progress.The combination of scientific research and economy in universities and colloges is the most direct and effective way to boost economic increasing which has vital impact on the innovative capacity and sustainable development of anation.The scientific research capacity in Shaanxi is rather strong as the concentrating area of universities and cdlleges in Northwest of China.Whether they can exert their functions facing the doubleChallenges of in dustrialization and knowledge has extremely important influence on building the nation's innovation system.However,this area is yet lacking specific and systematic research in Chinese academia.This article starts from the position and function of universities in national innovation system ,which examines: universities provide education and trainings so they naturally become one of the main bodies in national innovation system ;after entering into 20th century ,the mutual action of some internal and external factors made it a must for universities to participate in the national innovation system in a more complicated pattern;the universities are not only the typical representatives of the academia as providers of basic research but also go deep into national innovation system through a complex through a complex relationship formed by interaction with industrial field.Comparision and analysis are carried out on the status and roles of foreign univeisities in national innovation system .Corporating the specific situation of China,this dissertation raises specific measures and ways of exerting the advantages of the sources of universities in Shaanxi to share as a concentrating area of producing knowledge and technology and nurturing talents aiming at the status and function of the universities in the national innovation sysem,hoping greater function in the national innovation system will be exerted.
