Rural children in the middle of developed areas who live in the countryside are a special group. Because of their own physiology and the psychological characteristics, their family and the area they live and so on, when they enter the elementary school, they will meet with the situation of inundation. It will affect the child's sustainable development. Moreover, it also affects balance of the society's construction. This research takes rural children in middle developed areas as the object of study, using the methods of literature, interview, and questionnaire. And I give research on the local government, the school or kindergarten, the children's family and hope that I can get the investigation I want.Firstly, on the basis of the regional specificity of economical and educational development, this article explores the situation of rural children's school readiness in the middle developed areas. The government gives a little education investment on these children; there has been lacking with education resources; these children's parents put a little attention on children's school readiness etc.Secondly, this research discovered that, there was not a common joint between local government, school and family in the middle developed areas. Especially it's seriously insufficient on the education investment. Government put the education investment on the city kindergarten, but few funds go to the kindergarten in the countryside. And these families are very poor in the children's school readiness; their parents have little knowledge of early education. Moreover, this article gives suggestions and intervention measures of children's school readiness. Namely strengthening the kindergarten and elementary school's engagement education, enhancing the countryside for education material and cultural capital, and increasing the financial investments in pre-school education in the middle areas and so on.At last, the limits of current research and its' implications for future researches were given.
