"Retreat points and school" is an important component of the exploration process of China's education reform,which has had a profound impact on basic education reform in rural areas.Due to the imbalance of urban and rural economic development,some townships and regions,especially poor mountainous regions,have relatively weak social and economic foundations.This leads to the incompleteness and incomplete development of educational resources,and the gap between school resources,teachers,education resources,and urban areas.Larger,to a large extent,is not conducive to the development of regional basic education;in turn,the backwardness of basic education is also not conducive to promoting regional economic and cultural levels.Therefore,to realize the improvement of social and economic conditions in townships,education construction is an important part that cannot be ignored.However,with the deepening of the long-term family planning policy and the accelerating process of urbanization in recent years,some rural areas have gradually exposed problems such as the decline in the number of school-age children entering school and the decrease in the number of school students,and the traditional school layout has been difficult to satisfy the current regional society.The requirements of economic development require the re-adjustment and optimization of educational resources to adapt to the needs of the current social situation.This article selects the Zhejiang Province Lishui J county mountain primary school as the research object.The region has poor economic conditions and is one of China's national poverty-stricken counties.Basic education is relatively backward and representative.The implementation of "removal point and school" in the region has achieved considerable results in the early stages,but with the changes in social and economic conditions,a series of problems have been exposed,such as the increase in the cost of education,the traffic conditions,and the proportion of teachers and students.Problems such as expansion have led to regional "difficulty in schooling"and their educational conditions need to be optimized.Under the guidance of relevant theories,the current situation of the basic education in the Lishui J county mountain area,the reasons for the implementation of the "removal point and school" and the policy basis for the implementation of the "withdrawal point and school" have been carried out.Summarized and on the basis of the questionnaire survey,the status and problems of implementation of the "withdrawal point and school" in the Lishui J county mountain area were clarified.Finally,the feasible countermeasures were proposed for the following issues from the following aspects:First,to coordinate related policies and re Planning and layout;Second,increase investment and increase investment in education;Third,improve infrastructure construction to ensure traffic safety to school;Fourth,strengthen teachers and innovate exit mechanisms;Fifth,strengthen opinion surveys and achieve democratic consultations..
