Development is the core idea in the reform of new curriculum evaluation .How to use it to the natural classroom teaching of physics, is an important topic.On the basis of the research achievements about classroom teaching evaluation, this paper tries to further approach Physics Teaching Evaluation .At first, through the investigates and analyses the developing trend of the classroom teaching in domestic besides world , and the survey on the practical teaching in some high school, we analyses the characteristics ,functions and significance of the Developing Physics Teaching Evaluation .Secondly , drawing on the multi-intelligence theory ,the theories of constructivism and postmodernism, and bases on the basic requirement of the Developing Teaching Evaluation , we have discussed the appraisal index system .It includes evaluative elements ,strategies and the general procedures .Finally, enter into the practice aspect .We design the assessment projects and put into practice, offering practical application and consultation .It also indicates that: This research has active effects, especially to promote the fresh teachers' development.
