For more than half a century, Luxun's works have become model articles selected into the textbooks of Chinese language and literature for middle school students. The teaching quality of Lunxun's works is very crucial to the effect of middle school Chinese language and literature education. However, at present, a portion of students dislike the works and some even resent them. Under such circumstances, the paper reflects deeply in several aspects: to nurture the students'creative thinking, a multiple understanding of the themes of the works should be advocated and encouraged, and based on the"invitation principle"of Luxun's works, a constant communication and interaction of thoughts between the teacher and the students should be enhanced in class. To achieve above ends, centered on the teaching practice of Luxun's works, the paper goes on to offer some applicable strategies: the rejection of false views, the wise arrangement of article selection, and the renovation of teaching ideas, etc. The article can offer some enlightenment for the successful teaching of Luxun's works and thus upgrade the teaching level on the whole.
