| Life Education is an important embodiment of the idea of Humanism Education, which claims that education should take human life as the starting point while the realization of the value of life as the final goal. Life Education calls for solicitude and love——caring for student and love them. The dissertation suggests that we should care for teacher while we are calling for caring for student as carrying Life Education into execution. Caring for teacher should be an unignored motif of Life Education and it is the roll booster of Life Education which may accelerate the realization of Life Education.On the base of the definition of Life Education, the dissertation analyzes firstly"Life","Human"and"Humanity". Secondly the dissertation explores the connotation of caring for teacher and reasons why we should care for teacher both theoretically and in reality. Finally, the dissertation probes into the strategies of caring for teacher from the aspects of society, school and teacher.
