In the key period of deepening the reformation of rural compulsory education and promoting the modernization of rural education,Therefore,the development of rural teachers should be in the strategic position of priority development.However, in the current society,rural teachers continuously met with the marginalization and exposed to the risk of the rapid decline on social status,becoming “marginalized workers”,the survival state of rural teachers is worrying, their’s quality of life needs to be improved.The study focused on the rural teachers’ life forms,and from the perspective of sociology of body theory to care about rural teachers state of existence,in order to understand rural teachers life forms from the true level.Base on the body theory, the research combined with the author’s interview and observation of a small group of rural teachers on the Y village,and a reinterpretation of previous related literature.The theory examins the rural teachers real and diverse life forms under the action of state power. Study found that the reconstruction of multiple national,social,personal,cultural and historical factors makes the village teacher’s life forms exhibiting increasingly diversity and complexity:On the one hand,the rural teachers actively practice rural education with lovingness, strength and the sovereignty of the body in the process of continuously nationalization and professionalization; On the other hand,through the village teacher’s body into the inner world,we can find their innermost anxiety and worry. With the process of rural modernization, rural teachers have fallen out of the circle of rural elite, village teacher’s body continues to face marginalization,splitting and stigma, descending to be a “new era of cynicism”.The whole life of rural teachers showed no meaning and priceless value,which seriously affected the body of rural teachers exerting subjectivity,and the rural teachers’ education life of vitality and creativity is also be suppressed.nalizatiBased on the above analysis,as to further improve the living condition of rural teachers,enriching rural teachers the quality of life and constantly promote the integration of urban and rural education, so we should reform and improve the system of the national policy,the social support system and rural teachers self accomplishment: On the policy dimension, it should earnestly implement the policy of urban and rural development,realizeing the justice of the educational resources;promoting the transformation from management to service,enhance the humane care for rural teachers; on the social dimension,it should be devoted to improving rural teachers’ cultural capital, increasing their social capital,so as to the rural teacher become the intellectual elite of rural communities,and then get rid of the atomic state of existence,to obtain a broad and stable social support;on the individual dimension,it should improve the rural teachers’ inner quality of life form two part:reshape the rural teachers“public body”and promote the return to the main body,so as to forge a new life form. In this way,we can construct the rural teachers’ life forms that point to the happiness.
