Teacher's sustaining development is becoming the key to the teacher's development ,which is premise of the school and education's sustainable development. But now, many middle schools'teachers are getting into the developing predicament and present"plateau phenomenon"——teacher's development just remains stagnant, even falls back. This ecological phenomenon is connected with the teacher's ecological environment. Ecological mode of thinking which provide a new perspective to the research on social problems is widely used in the field of social science. We should study the sustaining development of the middle schools'teachers in the perspective of ecology as well. In the thesis, first, it analyzes the middle teacher system and its activity characters; second, it analyzes the individual teacher's sustaining development in the middle teacher system; What's more, it takes Jiangxi partial middle schools as the example, investigating and consolidating the present situation and its existing problems on the middle schools'teachers sustaining development. Finally, it proposes the countermeasures on the middle schools'teachers sustaining development resting on the problem in the investigation : guiding the middle schools'teachers to local their developing goal correctly; building the good psychological environment for the middle schools'teachers; optimizing the incentive system environment for the middle schools'teachers; optimizing the learning environment for the middle schools'teachers .
