The Construction Of The Power Of Learning Development Mode Of Master Students Of Sports Science

The 21st century is the age at which science and technology will develop more quickly, information society and knowledge economy will be fully embraced. It has never an age like today's age which needs continuous, thorough, effective learning. Hence, the studying power which quickly transforms acquired knowledge resources into sustainable competitive knowledge capital, gearing to the changes of the society, is the requirements of this age for various fields. The system of post-graduate majoring in PE plays an important role in the development of the society. This paper, using the development format of exploring studying power, just adapts the requirements of the society for PE talents in order to help students form the creative and progressive concept, and develop studying power which will benefit students for their whole life through research and practice.Purpose: 1. To introduce a new educational concept for the fosterage of PE post-graduates. 2. To reveal the deep resources of existing problems in the quality of the fosterage of PE post-graduates. 3. To build a theoretical frame so as to upgrade the education quality for fostering managers, educators, learners. 4. To provide useful references for the permeation from educational reform to fosterage field in PE post-graduates.Methods: literature, logical analysis, the quoted five principles and ways from peter.Contents: This paper includes three parts: 1. To define the manipulating concept of studying power. 2. To explore the deep resources of existing problems in the quality of the fosterage of PE post-graduates and the importance of building a development format so as to reform these problems. 3. From the ingrain of studying power concept, the transformation of the thoughts, the refreshing of studying system, the development of research; teaching----practice----research platform to build the development format for studying power of PE post-graduates; to provide a series of fostering resources for managers, educators, learner who have the common goals in order to make them manipulate this format from their own perspectives; to achieve the ultimate goal of studying power which will benefit students in the whole life from the level of constitution, teaching and learning.Achievements: 1. Studying power is the concept of ability and quality which is able to promote the sustainable co-operation, innovation, competition, adaption of individual or organizations, by using, integrating, transforming and upgrading. 2. The level of"power"is the transformation and improvement phase of studying power, including co-operation, innovation, competition, adaption power of studying. 3. The development format of studying power for PE post-graduates consists of systematic mould, contents frame of studying power, review research, studying organization, teaching----practice----research platform.Innovation: To extend the level of"power"for the definition of studying power concept; 2.To transfer the studying organization theory from administrative perspectives, functioning to guide and improve the sustainable development, to educational fields, taking effect back on the fosterage process. To transfer the value attitudes of studying power development from tool perspective to value perspective, and transfer practical perspective from organization means to the purpose of individually sustainable developments.
