It's the basic goal of elementary education curriculum reforms that let the students know how to learn, which is the new mission that the time entrusts with. The development of self-regulated learning which is advantageous to improve the learning capability and the future, is the foundation and core of students' knowing how to learn. So how to raise the ability of students' self-regulated learning is becoming an important problem that need to solve in teaching practice nowadays. In order to find the feasible way to develop the high school students' ability of self-regulation in the chemistry learning, we have researched and discussed the issues of present situation of the high school students' self-regulated ability in the chemistry learning, the factor of affecting the students' self-regulated ability and the solution of the problems in chemistry learning, with the grade 1 and 2 students as the objects of researching, combining the methods of analyzing, surveying, reporting and interviewing. The following is the result of the study:1. The self-control ability of the grade 1 students is in the middle level. The students' appraising level in the self-regulated ability is low while the adjusting level is high;2. The grade 1 students' grades are apparently related to the self-regulated ability, especially in planning, supervising and adjusting;3. In generally, the boys and girls in grade 1 don't have apparent difference in the self-regulated ability in chemistry learning, only have apparent difference in the appraising level;4. Mistake analyzing and self-asking can help improving the self-regulated ability in resolving the problems in chemistry learning, especially for the students in middle level. On the above research and combining the characteristic of the chemistry, the high school students' self-regulated learning ability and the study of the factors of affecting the students' self-regulated learning, we advance the way to develop the high school students' ability of self-regulation in chemistry learning.1. Goal guiding, it improves the students' planning in the self-regulated ability.2. Mistake analyzing, it improves the students' supervising and appraising in the self-regulated ability.3. Self-asking, it improves the students' supervising and adjusting in the self-regulated ability.4. Concluding and arranging, it improves the students' appraising in the self-regulated ability.
