Research On Professional Quality Of College Teachers In The Professionalization Vision

Professional quality, it's desirable that educators should have highly-specialized accomplishments, especially those working in colleges or universities. Because more attention are paid to the tutors, being leaders and main force of research and reform in modern advanced education, who have a positive effect on the lifeforce of colleges or universities. So in my view, it's necessary that tutors should improve their professional qualities in order to keep pace with the times. To achieve the aim, it's essential for the educational department to carry out relative policies to improve tutors'attainments in a scientific and reasonable way, which is the key lifeline of advanced education. On the whole, my research into the tutors'qualities based on high specialization, especially in colleges or universities, is quite different from that in different schools. My paper written for improving tutors'qualities in colleges or universities, that is special stills, abilities or profonnd knowledge, suits the ss'interests and personalities, and meanwhile has a great effect on the students'language ability and mocitation to learn courses. In a word, my research is of great significance to modern education today.The main body of my paper be allotted four parts together. Part I, the theory having been in progress to teacher professionalization has been understood and explained , has discussed special field connotation , annotation the special field characteristic; the professionalization connotation has carried out analysis on tutors professionalization connotation. Be a basis, expounded demand of professionalization to teacher accomplishment.Part II, my research focus on the specialized attainments of tutors, such as the ability of tutors, the structure of tutors, especially the quality of tutors.In modern society, with the development of advanced education, the obvious trends are that some tutors are lacking in abilities, in particular, the ability of creativity, the ability of research and science, and the ability of getting information. They lack good mental qualities and rich knowledge. As a whole, they can't keep up with the high pace of the times. These factors severely prevent the development of education in universities sand can't help to form specialized qualities of tutors. As a result, it'essential and urgent for tutors to improve their specialized attainments.Part III, my research analyizes specificly the tutors'specialized attainments in different angles and aspects, namely basic system(specialized knowledge);motivating system (tutors'specialized sense),efficient system(tutors'professional abilities). Rich knowledge is the basic quality of tutors; professional sense of education promotes the development of tutors'specialized subjects, which is the basic motivation of devoting themselves to the cause of education; professional ability is a machnism that ensures the activities of education to go well and promotes the development of college students.Part IV, my research expounds and proves how to improve the tutors'attainments in three aspects, that is self-development, the functions of the government and colleges or universities. Finding good solutions and reasonable strategies is important. I think the best strategies are as follows: To ensure and improve the development of universities and the quality of education and suit the advanced development of colleges, we must find the inner factors of self-development of tutors wisely and the reliable guaranty, promotion from outer-force so that we can improve the tutors'professional levels.
