Teacher professionalization is the trend of the development of the international teacher occupation. In the light of the development of the teacher profession, a new challenge is put forward by new wheel of elementary education course. So as a Chinese teacher of middle school, what kind of professional level should we have? An excellent Chinese teacher ought to develop all round with solid basic knowledge and consummate technical ability of profession and advanced education idea. Besides, a great deal of reading is required to increase our basic learning. But at present, there are still some Chinese teachers who have much deficiency in major such as backward education idea, obsolete structure of knowledge, unitary teaching pattern, poor scientific research ability and etc.This thesis will take the problem of professionalization of Chinese teachers into consideration, trying to analyzing some problems about the professionalization of middle school Chinese teachers. Also through this thesis, I hope improvement of Chinese teachers'profession can be achieved and great contribution can be made to the Chinese education. The first part of this thesis is a research on the background and meaning of the idea of teachers'professionalization. Take this as basis, the trend of the international and national teachers'professionalization need to be analyzed.The second part of this thesis will expound the appointed position and mission of middle school Chinese teachers'professionalization in educational reform of our country.The third part of this thesis has an account of the times quality of middle school Chinese teachers'professionalization and the times demands. The forth part of this thesis will elaborate and explain ways and solutions of middle school Chinese teachers'professionalization. From here much attention should be paid to and action should also be taken, with the purpose that middle school Chinese teachers'professionalization need to be solved as soon as possible.The last part of this thesis is about the actual teaching situation of nowadays. Through elaborating on the problems existing in the practice of middle school Chinese teachers'professionalization, an correct answer can be achieved, which has a benefit to Chinese teaching of nowadays.
