Teachers are the backbone of training a new generation of national talents.In particular,university teachers are not only the disseminators and creators of knowledge,but also the direct participants and quality guarantors in the construction of university teachers.The construction plan of students' core literacy puts forward higher requirements for the development of teachers' professional literacy.The main purpose of this study is to explore how to make up for the lack of teachers' professional quality through continuing education.Based on the background of specialization,this study summarizes the abnormal research trend that theoretical research is more than practical research.By combing the authoritative literature,we get the related concepts of teacher professionalization,continuing education.In this study,questionnaire survey is the main research method.It is found that the current situation of College Teachers' professional quality presents the development trend of informationization,lifelong and specialization.There are some problems such as single access to professional knowledge,limited platform to improve teachers' professional ability,and abstract orientation of teachers' professional emotion.Finally,according to the situation,it is necessary to use the means of continuing education to strengthen the cultivation of teachers' information literacy and broaden the access to teachers' professional knowledge;strengthen the training of teachers' information literacy,broaden the access to teachers' professional knowledge,improve the construction of teachers' evaluation system and gradually improve the professional ability of teachers.
