The Study On The Integration Strategy Of Gaoming Vocational Education Campus From The Perspective Of Collaborative Innovation

Vocational Education Campus is a new pattern of our country’s vocational education development,which is an government-leading organization,aiming at sharing all resources and facilities.Vocational Education Campus play an important role in integrating vocational resources,promoting development of modern vocational education system,as well as cultivating skillful talents which can meet the demands of local communities’ social and economic development.However,in reality,vocational education campus fail to integrate all the resources because of social,cultural,systematical and competitive factors.This research is conducted upon this background.Under the guidance of Systematic Theory as well as Coordination Theory,this essay reviews current situation of Gaoming Education Campus in terms of integrating resources.And the author analyses complicated affecting factors as well as connections between them.Based on these preliminary researches,a optimization model is built.By using AHP,the author finds the main indexes which affect the integration and present a optimization strategy.In short,this essay attempts to solve existing problems of Gaoming Vocational Education Campus so that the Vocational Education Campus can fully integrate all the resources.This essay adopts literature and questionnaire survey.By reviewing many relevant articles and taking expert opinion,some indexes which can affect the integrating of Vocational Education Campus are chosen.Based on these indexes,an questionnaire is designed.Through investigation and analysis,author finds that existing problems of Gaoming Vocational Education Campus which are low integration,simple content,single participant,lacking supporting policy etc.Finally,by using AHP approach,author proposes solutions to solve the existing problems of Gaoming Vocational Education Campus.These solutions are government coordination,deep cooperation between school and enterprise,market accommodation mechanism,collaborative innovation,resource sharing and integration.
