This article develops by the brand-new child discusses (language sense discusses), At First, This article reconsidered all sorts of erroneous zone which in the current elementary school English teaching, Then under the language sense discusses instruction, Constructed the elementary school English teaching pattern as Spoken language human relations central. The language sense discusses think, The growth of Child's language sense has a critical period in which we must establish the good language environment for the child, So raises the child's hears ability effectively, Besides, Author tried to find out a set of"the human relations"elementary school English spoken language teaching method, under the language sense discusses instruction. The elementary school English classroom instruction are more and more taken, Because the network teaching resources can provide the good hearing environment and the read material for the student. However, The multimedia network teaching resources has all sorts of erroneous zone. Reconsidering these erroneous zone and associating the participates in the leap frog development, This article show that what should pay attention to when we design and develop the high quality teaching resources.
