Since the target to build up"harmonious society"was put forward in the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, constructing"harmonious society"has become the topic that people all concerned. It is a lofty and great social project which commands the effort of the whole society. Education is an important part of social system, so"harmonious society"needs"harmonious education".The idea of"harmonious education"is a part of traditional culture both in east and west, which can be traced back to thousands years ago. As one of the modes of quality-oriented education, the applications of the idea in primary and secondary education have been proved to be very successful recently. In this paper the theme of how to construct harmonious education in the classroom music teaching of primary and secondary school was studied on the basis and origin of the theory of harmonious education. There are three parts in this paper:Chapter One IntroductionThis chapter reviews the history and actuality of the harmonious education in the West and East education and elaborated the value and significance in the study which brings the harmonious education into effect in the music classroom teaching process.Chapter Two Main bodyThis chapter focuses on how to bring the harmonious education into effect in the primary and secondary school music classroom teaching process.The study mainly reports how to treat with the six relationships in the harmonious education ,to clarify and analyse these relationships ,this study uses of cases in the material music lessones in the process to demonstrate the role of every relationship one by one.Chapter Three Consideration and SuggestionThis chapter further demonstrated how to make the harmonious music classroom teaching process more easily from the enhancement of class education management and the construction of harmonious campus. In the end of this paper the author gave suggestions about the essential terms to assured the procession of the harmonious music classroom teaching.
