With the accelerating the process of building a harmonious society in our country,the harmony of education has been unprecedented attention.Rural primary school classroom teaching status, under the background of social changes happening such changes, as one of the main carrier of rural education, is worth the education researchers pay close attention to the problem.Through the analysis of rural primary school in the study of harmonious classroom teaching on the basis of theoretical basis,realize the harmonious development of the classroom teaching should have the elements, characteristics and goals.Through the investigation of Taiyuan city,Shanghai Province Yang county X primary school classroom teaching features and problems are analyzed, and further exploration to discover the influence factors of rural primary school classroom teaching is not harmonious, strengthen the whole society to the problem of rural primary school classroom teaching, to the harmonious development of the rural primary school classroom teaching to make the right judgment and decision-making to provide feasible Suggestions.Sample in line with the purpose of this study, the choice of a suburban rural primary school teachers and their teaching class’ s and grade’s students as the main research object, and choose appropriate grade with different disciplines and with discipline of different grade students on horizontal and vertical comparison.During the investigation of school leadership, teachers, students and other related 33 people in the interview.Into the classroom to the teacher’s teaching in the class of 32 Chinese lesson was observed, and the class of 25 students separately has carried on the questionnaire survey, to obtain a student’s basic situation and related data.Survey,rural primary school classroom teaching in the whole body reveals the characteristics of construction socialism new countryside in the new period, however, in improved at the same time accompanied by the emergence of a series of problems.Study through classroom observation records and recording analysis summarized characteristics of classroom teaching, the teacher’s teaching, student learning, the relationship between teachers and students, the three dimension analysis of 32 Chinese lesson extract, extract the specific characteristics of rural primary school classroom teaching, respectively is: the teacher teaching means lag behind;Teacher’steaching methods single;Teachers’ work enthusiasm to reduce and job burnout for mood enhancement;Students learn basic is weak;Students study participation is not high;Interaction between teachers and students more opportunities but the effect is not ideal;Rural primary school teachers on students’ evaluation is low.Through to in-depth analysis of the causes of these characteristics, the characteristics of teachers’ classroom teaching, students, teachers and students relations, on the basis of three dimensions, fusion school factors and social factors are derived from the five aspects such as the six factors: teachers’ quality development disequilibrium and lack of teamwork bad circulation;Teacher professional development is difficult to achieve;Student own factor brings to the classroom teaching of resistance;School management system and culture construction is weak;Traditional classroom teaching to make the transition to the new curriculum requirements of embarrassment;Urban and rural economic and social structure on the impact of the rural classroom teaching.Based on the above analysis, this study finally concluded that the rural classroom teaching strategies to improve.First, the government should attach great importance to the system of rural primary school education policies.Secondly, schools should further implement the state’s education policy;Again, the teacher as a harmonious education practitioners to improve their teaching level unceasingly;Then, students as the main body of learning to improve the learning initiative and enthusiasm;Finally, explore the parent-school cooperative work ideas, strive for the harmonious development of rural primary school classroom teaching external support.
