A Research On Art And Sports Specialty Students’ Training In Non-Demonstrative High Schools

An exemplary school is an important part of secondary education in China. In recent years, the non-demonstrative high schools become more and more disadvantaged while it is competing with demonstrative high school, art and sports specialty students, as an exemplary school development in the confusion to find the characteristics of a road and get a breakthrough in the development, provide new opportunities and challenges for the schools.Based on the combination of contemporary school education, with the work of the students in Jiangxi Shanggao High School majoring in art and sports as the research object, this essay defines some core concepts like the non-demonstrative high school, students majoring in art and sports and exemplary high school students. It analyzes related domestic and foreign literatures studying about special immortal culture situation. This essay has the theory of multiple intelligences, differences in educational theory and quality education theories as the theory support to research on.In the article the author studies high school students’ cultivation mode and prospects in our country by means of information assessment, personal interviews and questionnaire research. Then the author empirically analyzes the art and sports students’admission, professional training and cultural courses etc according to the case in Jiangxi Shanggao High School. At the same time the author sums up a general education training mode for the non-demonstrative high school students with the domestic and foreign similar successful schools compared and analyzed.In the latter part of the article, the author uses the relevant theories and teaching experience, unifies the practice in cultivating art and sports students in Jiangxi Shanggao High School, separately from the students, school, family and society, sums up some problems existing in the process of the high school talents’ training. The author analyzes the reasons of these problems, from the students, schools, society and other aspects and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures like improving the art and sports students’own qualities.norms, establishing a plurality of school evaluation system.
