Along with the advancement of informatization course all around the world, the humanity will overall step into the information society in the 21th century.The information society takes quick and efficient spread and makes use of massive information resource as its main characteristic. Therefore, the trend of information's bit-rization cannot be reversed, and the traditional education will be confronted with the ordeal of "digitization survival ". Modem information technology centering on computer and network technology is urging tradition education into one digitization revolution, and e-Learning will become a kind of important studying way and education pattern in the information society.Facing the network survival times, education pays close attention to molding new-style learning ability, so e-Learning ability has arisen at the historic moment, and it has already become a new basic educational level. Standing on the digitized time' wave crest, the vocational education teacher must set up modem education concept and study idea, fully utilize the information technology, train students' e-Learning ability by e-Learning, make them be able to adapt to the digitization living environment altering from day to day, improve the future labourers' ability of obtaining employment and starting an undertaking, promote their sustainable and harmonious developing of every aspect. Then, it is exactly the research problem of this paper that how vocational school trains student's e-Learning ability.Under the meticulous guidance of VCL problem group of the Hunan Normal University, the problem has carried out experiments studying the training of students' e-Learning ability basing on VCL (virtual community learning) e-Learning platform. Through four mutually related successive ring experimental study in a semester, the front and back measures a data using SPSS to carry out statistic analysis, has obtained the conclusion that the experimental class and the comparison class student's e-learning ability exist remarkable difference, and the experimental class student's e-learning ability is obviously higher than the comparison class.By the self-examination to problem experiment, this paper has analysed the factor that affect the e-Learning ability training of vocational school student, finally has brought forward the later-stage research direction.
