Research On The Construction Of Teaching Quality Guarantee System In Higher Vocational Colleges

The high and professional nature of higher vocational education determines its important part in the higher education system.In recent years,under the support of the government,higher vocational education has developed rapidly.The number of Vocational Colleges and universities has sprung up in the north and south of China,whether it is the scale of school and the number of students.Due to the late start of Higher Vocational Education in China and the relative shortage of educational resources,the following problems of teaching quality are gradually emerging.In 2016,the government proposed the "China made 2025" plan,which indicated that the strategic goal of the manufacturing power was to be realized,which put forward new requirements for the training quality of technical talents.How to cultivate high-quality technical talents that meet the market demand is a major challenge for Higher Vocational Colleges in the era of China's rising.Improving the teaching quality guarantee system and improving the quality of talent training is not only an objective requirement to improve the level of higher vocational education,but also an effec tive way to train high quality technical talents.It is also the need to deepen the reform and development of the colleges and universities.This is to improve the core competition of Higher Vocational Colleges and meet the country's technical people.It is of great importance to achieve the requirements of training specifications and realize the strong power of China's manufacturing industry.Through the literature analysis,this paper expounds the positive significance of building and perfecting the quality assurance system of Higher Vocational Teaching for the development of colleges and universities.Then the framework of the teaching quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges is combed,and the five parts of the teaching quality guarantee system are expounded,namely,the teaching target system and the teaching operation.The system,the teaching resources system,the quality monitoring and evaluation system,the information feedback system,and the function of the information feedback system.Through the case analysis,the research on the teaching target system,the teaching operation system,the teaching resources system,the quality monitoring and evaluation system and the information feedback system of the N Career Technical College through the data sorting and sorting is carried out.The problems existing in the quality assurance system of N Career Technical College are analyzed.The main reasons for the problems are that the training scheme is not humanized,the overall level of practice teaching is not high,the teaching resources are weak,the teaching quality monitoring system is not perfect,the quality evaluation model is not comprehensive,the students' self-confidence is lacking and the learning is accumulated.In the end,from the angle of improving the teaching quality of Local Higher Vocational Colleges and improving the teaching quality guarantee system,this paper puts forward some pertinent countermeasures according to the problems in the quality guarantee system presented in the investigation report,for example,to promote the scientific development of the training program and set up a specialized course with local characteristics.To establish "embedded" personnel training mode,to create a "double teacher" team of high-quality professionalization,to expand the effect of school brand,to improve the conditions of running schools,to strengthen the monitoring and evaluation mechanism of teaching quality,and to improve the feedback mechanism of teaching information.I hope to further improve the quality of teaching in vocational colleges,and improve the construction of quality assurance system.
