Job Burnout is individual's physical, emotional and behavioral state of exhaustion that is aroused by the individual incapability of coping with the work that goes beyond its capability and resources .Teachers'burnout is the extremely psychological response of the mental, attitudinal and behavioral exhaustion caused by too much pressure from work, which is the result of long and high-level pressure. Politics teachers, being the sub-definition of teacher, share some properties with teachers. Accordingly, the author holds that job burnout of Politics teachers is the extreme reaction that is brought about incapability of coping with politics implementation and teaching and by the emotional exhaustion depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment under long and high-level pressure.Job burnout of politics teachers in middle school has a great impact , not only in teaching quality of politics education but also in the physical and mental health of politics teacher. The students, the direct object of politics teacher, become the victim of job burnout of politics teachers of middle school too. Therefore, it would be the significance to study job burnout of politics teachers in middle school. Based on the existing research papers, the author has investigated through MBI-ES 120 politics teacher in Middle School in the city of C. The investigation shows that the degree of emotional exhaustion of the politics teachers of middle school is high, the depersonalization not so severe, and the reduced personal accomplishment a little high. In other words, job burnout of politics teachers of middle school is unquestionable, though not seriously existing. The three dimensions of job burnout, the mean and standard deviation of emotional exhaustion depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment, is 3.35 (0.41), 2.98 (0.52), 3.23 (0.43) respectively.The cause of job burnout of politics teacher of Middle School has been studied by the qualitative research through the means of the case interview. As the result of the interview indicates, in a complicated and multi-cultured society, job burnout of politics teachers in middle school is the result of interconnecting factors, including those from society, organization, occupation disciple and teachers themselves. As a result, intervention measures to deal with job burnout should be sought in the three dimensions of society, organization, individuals. First, the social economic status of politics teachers in middle school must be enhanced and effective social supporting systems should be established. Secondly, a good organizational environment, management framework and organizational culture in school must be set up. Thirdly, the professional development of politics teachers in middle school and solves with different roles during the work. Next, the Curriculum Reform of politics must be carried out, attractiveness and effectiveness of politics be improved. Last, politics teacher in Middle School must adjust themselves.
