After entering the new period of our country in twenty-first Century, high school education has accelerated the pace of reform, the relationship between teachers and students is also more and more attention of the education circle and even the whole society. In education, the relationship between teachers and students is the most basic, most important, affects the interaction between teachers and students. In the high school thought political lesson, in teaching practice, teachers and students relations in general is harmonious, good, but there are still differences, conflicts, even evolved into a confrontation phenomenon. In the teaching process, the traditional one-way teaching thought influence, still in teaching activities, students are passive, unequal relationship between teachers and students, some teachers made some improvement of teachers’ role, but the role of "subject object dichotomy between the two still exists" mode of thinking. Opposition of teachers and students, teachers and students do not get along. There are some teachers teaching utilitarian, the classroom teacher-student relationship and so on. Politics is a moral education course, not a good relationship between teachers and students can make education lose ideal, it will make students lack of humanistic spirit, hinder the all-round development of students, can not play the moral education function of Ideological and political course. The needs of education reform and the ideological and political course based on the above background, this paper discusses the relationship between teachers and students in our country at present ideological and political course of high school education problems. This paper is divided into several parts as follows.First is the introduction. This paper mainly introduced the research background and significance, at home and abroad on the relationship between teachers and students, the relationship between teachers and students in senior high school ideological and political course related theories are reviewed, as the theoretical basis of this paper, summarizes the shortcomings of the current research, the research focus of this article.The first chapter introduces the main problems existing in the relationship between teachers and students thought political lesson of senior high school in China. The main problems existing in the relationship between teachers and students in Ideological and political teaching process including the role of teachers and students "subject object dichotomy between the two still exists" mode of thinking, there exists between the positioning deviation; thought, caused between the teachers and students thought there are many friction, there are even contradictory negative coordination; teachers, students along with the existing utility, with teaching achievement, test scores as the center, did not play the moral education function of politics, the paper proposes the urgency and necessity to change the current situation.The second chapter carries on the analysis to the present high school thought political lesson teacher student relationship is not harmonious factors. Disharmonious relationship causes more aspects, including teachers’ quality factors, such as knowledge, teaching concept and occupation quality limit; restrict factors, such as students, the psychological development characteristics of cognitive limits, diversification of the influence of the external environment; environmental factors such as education, course construction, the academic evaluation system is unreasonable, not good family and social support and education environment.The third chapter gives the students a good relationship between teachers and students in politics construction strategy. Firstly, construct the ideological foundation of good relationship between teachers and students, including a correct understanding of the spirit of the new curriculum, teaching concept and learning view, correct positioning of teachers; secondly, teachers should create a good spirit, from Jia repair atmosphere, enrich the teaching content, to inspire and criticism, the right to enhance the emotional exchange, optimize the teaching method, enhance the teaching of art; at the same time, a good relationship between teachers and students cannot do without respecting the environment is described, and the need to improve their own quality of teachers, and improve the incentive mechanism of safeguard measures.At the end of the paper, the lack of research, clear the direction of future improvement research. In a word, to change the traditional ideological and political education, to establish a new relationship between teachers and students, the harmonious relationship between teachers and students is a matter of great urgency, but it is a long process, need to play multi forces, form resultant force. I hope this research can provide some useful thoughts and suggestions for the new curriculum reform, the curriculum construction of political relationship between teachers and students. |
