Along with our country elementary education curriculum reform of pushing,junior middle school moral lesson and the rule of law payed more attention to life teaching concept,especially the junior middle school moral lesson and the rule of law as the education of citizen quality is given priority to with moral education,theory instilling teaching methods went against the cultivation of the students' moral quality,and tao xingzhi life in junior middle school moral education theory and the application of the rule of law class force-feeding teaching method can largely offset the disadvantages.However,in actual junior high school teaching of morality and the rule of law,there were few teachers can apply into daily life education theory to the teaching practice,therefore,understanding of the theory and master became a junior high school teachers of morality and the rule of law must concern.And defining the concept of tao's life education theory is to first premise of using it,when the teachers of morality and the rule of law on the content of the life education theory after fully detailed understanding,they can effectively combine theory and practice of effective,the morality and the rule of law can truly implement to junior high school classroom teaching,the teachers can achieve good teaching effect,student's knowledge ability emotion will gradually form and develop.Through survey statistics,tao xingzhi life education theory in many middle schools have been recognized and putted into practice,but there were still have some problems in the process of teaching practice,such as teachers cannot achieve the lower level of education,the teacher's leading role was out of balance with student body,the aim of the teacher's teaching method change was too narrow,using textbooks and teaching methods are too traditional.After a series of present situation investigation and analysis of the causes,we summarized some problems exist in the process of education theory in the teaching application.Such as,the pressure of admission was too high,extracurricular practice participation frequency was low,teaching methods became a mere formality,the influence of teachers' professional quality need to be improvement.To the end,after through the analysis of the specific problem we put forward the corresponding solution strategy,mainly from class imported into daily life,the teaching process into daily life,after class diversified evaluation and other aspects,by this way,we hope to improve junior middle school teachers of moralityand the rule of law to the application of tao xingzhi's life education theory.
