Into the 21st century,in the new round of curriculum reform of basic cducation (hereinafter referred to New Curriculum),the State Council in May 2001 issue of "reform and development on the basis of the decision" in the form of formal laws and regulations established cooperative learniug in education and teaching reform in China's important role and status,which indicates that "cooperative learning" as important teaching methods and strategies in primary and secondary schools will gradually be adopted in the classroom.But in real life,teachers have heard of the new curriculum,although advocated by the "cooperative learning" can be carried out in the organization of cooperative learning group,they often tend to become a mere formalily;Some teachers even said frankly:although heard,but rather that we are truly at a loss when using...! It is true that the implementation of cooperative learning,teachers are the key factors,if a teacher's cooperative learning in the implementation of the rationale,then,no matter how good the idea of cooperative learning what it useless?In view of this,this study,a primary school mathematics teacher in the classroom in the status of the implementation of cooperative learning as a unique observation, research perspective to classroom teaching for the W case,the teachers teach 48 students in classes as a supplement,the use of qualitative and a combination of quantitative research methods,find teachers,students as individuals to life,the understanding of cooperative learning and the implementation status and influencing factors.This paper includes five parts,namely,introduction,literature review of cooperative learning,research process and methods,and analysis of the results of the study,the results of the discussion aud reflection.My joint research with collaborators showed that:first-line teachers on cooperative learning are recognized from the concept level.And the factors of leachers' implementation of cooperative learning include:from the post-professional training;colleagues explored the cxchange;of their teaching experience and reflection;teacher professional knowledge;five aspects of school culture;and only to help a correct understanding of cooperative learning teachers,teachers on cooperative learning to improve the thcorctical basis for cooperative learning to play the main role of the multi-directional type,get a clear understanding of the basic elements of cooperative learning,the most important thing is to re-construct professional knowledge of teachers,the promotion of first-line professional development of teachers cooperative learning in order to ensure the real implementation and smooth implementation.
