Under the background of globalization and wide spread of information technology, enterprises in our country face lots of organizational reform as well as increasingly developmental pressure. At the same time, the job stress of organizational members increases sharply. Job stress has great negative effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. So reducing the extremely high work pressure can reduce the negative effects, and effective management of pressure has positive influence to both enterprises and employees.The objectives of this task are to put forward some managemental advices to managers of oil industries, and provide some guides of pressure management for their employees. To be exactly, the objectives of this research are as follows: Firstly, to understand the differences among various employees in terms of job stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment; Secondly, to explore relationships among job stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment; thirdly, to put forward some managemental advices to managers of oil industries according to the results of the study.By selecting some representative members working in China National Offshore Oil Corporation, the author collected the data by questionnaires, and then analyzed the data with SPSS for Windows using descriptive statistics, comparing means, correlation analysis and step regression analysis. Through statistical analysis, results are as follows:1. The survey demonstrated that the job stress of employees from oil industries is higher than average level, with highest pressure from the work itself. Employees'job satisfaction and organizational commitment are very high, with the highest satisfaction from working group and highest organizational commitment from regulation respectively.2. Personnel-concerned items have significant influence on employees'job stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Gender, age, position in an organization, educational level and type of work influence the members'job stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment significantly.3. The relationships among job stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment are as follows: firstly, job stress has negative effect on job satisfaction, and the predictive validity of professional development pressure approximates maximum; secondly, job stress has negative effect on organizational commitment, and the predictive validity of organizational operation stress approximates maximum; thirdly, job satisfaction has positive effect on organizational commitment, and the predictive validity of satisfaction of return from job approximates maximum.Chinese National Offshore Oil Corporation , China Oil Gas Group Corporation, and Chinese Oil Chemistrial Industry Group Corporation are three big oil companies in China. They have many common points in organizational frame, way of operation, composition of employees and production mode. Therefore, the result coming from this study can be used in the other two big oil corporations. The suggestions given by the author may be effective in controlling the negative or positive effect of job stress, and then improve employees'job satisfaction and organizational commitment.This study aims to give some advices to corporations under the background of changing market and to guide employees to manage pressure in a better way, especially for oil industry. Previous researchers in this field mainly focused on the study of light industry and some foreign capital corporations. Study on national heavy industry especially oil study is quite scare, and the samples of the study are often some knowledge workers, not including general white collar worker. Therefore, the results of those kinds of study had great limitation in practice. This study enriches the study in this field by enlarging the range of samples, and it is quite meaningful to pressure management of expertises, especially to employees in oil industry.
