| With the appearance of knowledge economy age, competitions between different countries are becoming fiercer. These competitions are basically the competitions of education about people. From this point, the country which masters the best 21st century education will also hold the superior position in strategy. Therefore, bringing forth new ideas about the functions of education, establishing an educational theory which is based on humanism, making the most of students' subjective role and helping with the development of people and the whole society has become a major topic in class management education.This topic is based on the analysis of the key task of current school education, focuses on the shortcomings of traditional ways for middle school class management, and puts forward self-management model in middle school classes.
