This paper pertains specifically to XinJiang High School, and was produced using information gathered from a review of the current literature and documents, the measuring of student physique, analysis of this data, completion of questionnaires and finally by statistical analysis of the information obtained from XinJiang High School. The thesis investigate the effect of the'Students Physical Health Standard (trial plan)'( short for'Standard'next) carried in Xinjiang High School. Then combined with student's physique state to analyze comprehensively, and propose a series of comprehensive intervention measurement for improving the students'health, which conforms to the High School in Xinjiang area.The Standards in XinJiang High School aim to achieve a noticeable improvement. However, in reality the work met with some problems and raised questions. The biggest question is how the various departments combine in order to implement the Standards. The following specific measures mainly adopted during the implementation.1. Develop and organize the everyday practices.2. Organization and management of the physique tests.3. Division of the students into groups and then perform test(s). 4. Prepare the work before the test(s).5. Fully develop the test process.6. Reliable management of the test data.7. Feedback of the test score(s).8. Rigidly supervise the test procedure(s).9. Reward or punish the students according to their test result(s).10. Develop the student's awareness of the importance of the test(s).11. Plan for the test well in advance.The main tester should be a Physical Education Instructor who will also implement the Standards. During the investigation, the level of understanding of the test and mastery of the Standards by the teachers will become known. Some of the teachers will not know very well some items of the test as they may see them as vague or ambiguous. Some teachers may not fully grasp the concrete nature of some aspects of the test(s). There can be a disparity from the Standards demanded. Bottlenecks can arise which prevent the Standards from being fully applied.The students will benefit from the implementation of the Standards. However, from the research we see that the students'health situation improves; and that the average of the students'health test scores is at a good level. Analysis of the results shows that the performance of the students was below the average level for the whole of China. This applies to the number of students who both underperformed and excelled, which is a cause for concern.Therefore, the colleges should earnestly put the conference spirit of national students'physical education into effect. A suitable XinJiang college student health appraisal system should be put into operation, this system should be to the national standard. In order to go a step further and perfect the students'physical health appraisal system and strengthen the management system a professional teacher should be given responsibility. A feedback system must be put into place. Various measures can be combined to boost the effectiveness of the actions. Make it"easy to choose, rapid result test, boost ability". Implement the Standards new start and theory. Teachers should change their ideas combined and implement a new curriculum as well as keep abreast of the course reforms.
