The ideological and moral education in schools always strives for the actual effect of its education untiringly,The high schools in china usually regards the ideological and moral class as the resourse of ideological and political education of schools. Over a long period of time, the government and society have unceasingly required that the teaching in the ideological and moral class should be strengthened and improved. The extremely concrete requirements have offered in the aspects of designing course, formulating teaching syllabus,arranging and assuring class hour etc.Teachers works conscientiously and strengthens the teaching researches and reforms uncreasingly, The high school students' examination scores also gain wide acclaim ,However,there still appear many situations that do not satisfy people and the teaching efficient that the society expects is not produced .Enhancing the actual effect of ideological and moral education of high schools has been a hard problem that remains unresolved under the new circumstance.Hydantoin Leiman has once said:"To tell the serious truth with the method of hint can be accepted better than do it in the direct way."The subjects of the ideological and moral education in high school are students who reach the age of puberty , they have quick thinking and leading consciousness, they are wilful and dare to do everything.They have the mentality of suspicion,estrangement and repellence.Because of the contrast between the traditional ideological and moral education and reality,a part of high school students has produced the feeling of"empty"to the ideological and moral education.Therefore, regardless of the feeling or reason, we all should explore a new way for the ideological and moral education of high schools in China.In order to make every effort to explore the best way of ideological and moral education of high school,we can construct an ideological and moral education model in high schools which has rich contents, various forms and reasonable structure,this method can enhance the actual effect of ideological and moral education of high schools."Cramming"is the main teaching method in the traditional ideological and moral education in China, The subject and object of education are basically in the state of polarization and contrariety and the mechanism of internalization is rather deficient.The limitation of this kind of merely teaching model"Cramming"gradually reveals obviously and has already seriously restricted the effect of ideological and moral educations.There are many reasons that the actual effect of ideological and moral education of schools is not good. Among them,the very important one is that the resources of recessive ideological and moral education are often ignored and that the development and use of it is paid less attention to. It is very important for schools to achieve the actual effect of ideological and moral education of schools. To cultivate the successor with the ability to transform the society has decided that the elementary education in china can not be simple"talent--formation"education, It must be influenced by the better moral education. This thesis want to make some research for the recessive ideological and moral education in the methodology system of ideological and moral education.First,the questions are givern and research significance is explained.Second,the connotation of the recessive ideological and moral education is analyzed,Third, the function and the practical significance of it is demonstrated.Fouth, the present situation of the ideological and moral education of high school in China is elaborated,Fifth,the fault and reason of present ideological and moral education are analyzed,based on the present situation of it in China; Finally,the author makes the prospect of its future and offers the way in which high schools can strengthen it.
