The curriculum testing is an important link in higher education teaching process, and it's a method to appraise the success or failure in teaching and to feedback the teaching work information. It's also an important way to stable teaching order and guarantee teaching quality. So how to do well with the colleages and universities' curriculum testing management to promote its scientific style, the standardization, the rationalization is an important content of a universities' teaching supervisory work.. This article regards the universities' curriculum testing management as a whole, using the system theory method to analysis and reseach its main problems. And puts forward the principled proposal and measure of universities' curriculum testing management reform. Forms the following major points:The unversities' curriculum testing management is taking the universities curriculum testing as an object, and it's a management process to enhance the test efficiency, exam the teaching quality, discover the problems in teaching, fully appraise students' studying effect and study creation ability. The strict science testing management can maintain the test authority, realize the function of curriculum test, set up nice testing wind. But the testing management system is a comprehensive system which is affected by the ideas, the plan, the goal, the organization and so on. The possibility to have all kinds of problems is to be bigger.At present the main problems of the colleages and universities curriculum testing management can summarize as follows: curriculum test goal and functions can't be comprehensive understanded and the testing management process is unbalanced; there are some unscientific factors during test design link; testing wind is lax, and the test cheats always exist; the test quality analysis become a mere formality, neglecting feedback; the make-up test is not serious. The main reasons causing these problems lie in follows: the importance of the curriculum test in talented person raise is not sufficient understanded; lack the science, standard management in the proposition; the examination place management is not strict; there is no science perfect appraisal and feedback system; lack of the science test theory in particular curriculum test theory to instruct. In order to promote colleages and universities curriculum testing management scientific and standardization, the key lies in these: the advancement of deep level transformation of test idea; to establish testing center, consummate the test management rules and regulations; raising and constructing the high quality test management troop; the way of testing diversification; pay much attention to ordinary test; attention every link in testing management.
